Domestic Orders:

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours, with personalized items requiring additional handling time.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply. Standard shipping for Express Delivery Products typically takes 5-7 business days, though this may vary depending on the shipping address and postal code.

Tracking: Customers receive tracking information via email, SMS, and WhatsApp after the order is shipped.

Insurance-We provide optional shipping insurance for an extra cost to give you more peace of mind. This insurance covers packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen while being shipped. If you decide to get shipping insurance, please reach out to our customer support team for help with filing a claim if there are any problems with your delivery.

Accurate address-To make sure your order is delivered quickly and successfully, it's important to give correct and complete shipping details when you check out. We are not responsible for any delays or problems with delivery caused by wrong or missing addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team right away for help. International Orders:

2. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:

Rasamayi Jewellery offers a buyback policy that allows for a maximum return of up to 50% of the jewellery's value, depending on its condition.

1. In the first year, you have the option to return the jewellery and acquire a new piece, with the exchange rate being as much as 50% lower than the original purchase price.

2. After the first year, you can return the jewelry for the silver rate of that day and purchase new jewelry

All the jewelry is handmade and has a unique design. Each piece is crafted by hand and features semi-precious stones. They may show slight irregularities or imperfections, which come from the human touch in the creation process. These handcrafted items are all one-of-a-kind, just like you and me.

Once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled.

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged during shipping. If you notice any damage or defects, please let us know on the same day you receive your order, and include a video of unpacking the package. If we confirm that the damage is our fault, we will issue a refund or credit voucher within 7 to 14 business days.

he buyback option is exclusively available for the exchange of new jewellery or ornaments; other forms of repayment are not applicable.

Returns: Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. There are no refunds available either. We take utmost care while packaging the products in case of shipping through our courier partners. However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the same product. It is subject to the recipient sending us the photo within 12 hours of delivery. Team Rasamayi will verify the damages and confirm the exchange.

Process: Initiate a return via our website or Customer Support. Returns may be processed via our reverse pick-up service where available. If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, we request our patrons to send us back the damaged product within 7 days through a normal courier. Please note: Products sent back without a consent from Team Rasamayi will not be considered for replacement.

Missing or Damaged Returns: All items must be returned with original packaging. Missing items or products in damaged condition may affect the final refund amount.

Custom orders: cannot be canceled, and the payment cannot be refunded or exchanged for another item.


Refund Process:

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated once the returned items pass inspection. Funds are generally credited within 7-15 business days.

Non-Refundable Fees: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

Conditions: Exchanges are allowed under the same eligibility as returns. Exchange items are shipped after the initial item is received and inspected.

Jewelry Warranty for Silver Jewelry:

Warranty Coverage: All silver jewelry comes with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, daily wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, or accidental damage.

Exclusions: Tarnishing, minor scratches, or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or cosmetics are not covered under warranty.
